Abstract:
PURPOSE: To directly separate chromate (VI) ions in an aq. soln. without adjusting the pH of the soln. or the valence of Cr and to make chromate (VI) ions in soil, etc., easily harmless.
CONSTITUTION: This chromate (VI) ion treating agent contains divalent metal ions of at least one of Zn and Mg and trivalent metal ions of at least one among Al, Cr and Fe. Chromate (VI) ions in an aq. soln. are separated with this treating agent or soil contg. chromate (VI) ions is made harmless with this treating gaent.
