Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a judging method capable of judging stress simply and accurately without applying a load to a testee.
SOLUTION: This chronic stress judging method includes a standard range specifying process that the saliva cortisol concentration in the prescribed time range of a day is measured for many testees considered to be healthy to specify the standard cortisol concentration change range based on the measured results and a judging process for checking the change of the saliva cortisol concentration of a specific person and judging the person to have a possibility of containing chronic stress if the person deviates from the standard cortisol concentration change range.
