Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform visual inspection while conveying conveyed material.
SOLUTION: An air chuck 2 is driven to close a pawl 3 on conveyed material X. The conveyed material X is thereby gripped and conveyed. At this time a suction pad 1 is put in a state of adhering closely to the upper face of the conveyed material X so as to suck air in a space surrounded by the suction pad 1 and the conveyed material X. In view of the difference of vacuum attainment degree depending on the presence of a crack of the conveyed material X, the presence of the crack is judged from this difference of the vacuum attainment degree.
