Abstract:
To provide a chuck unit that secures stability of a chuck in a device for gripping both ends in a row direction of a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped workpieces arranged side by side.SOLUTION: The present invention is a chuck unit 10 capable of gripping chucked end surfaces which are one and the other end surfaces in the a direction so as to press down from both sides and transferring a group of workpieces G for a group of workpieces G in which a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped work pieces W placed side by side on a plane on a pedestal T. The chuck unit 10 includes a main plate 20, a pair of chuck claws 31, 32, an actuator 40, a workpiece presser 50, guide shafts 61, 62 and an elastic member 80. The workpiece presser 50 is movably installed between the group of workpieces G and the main plate 20. The guide shafts 61, 62 guide the movement of the workpiece presser 50 with respect to the main plate 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
