Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sanitarily and effectively stir and cook by blowing air to a stirring blade while the stirring blade reaches to the waiting position from the stirring position to remove a raw material stuck to the stirring blade. SOLUTION: An air blowing device 70 has one pair of a slender pipe 78 provided with plural air jetting nozzles 76 respectively with a certain interval in the longitudinal direction, air is blown to both of the stirring blade and a scraping blade while-e the stirring blade and the scraping blade move upward from the stirring position and reach the waiting position and the food raw material stuck to both blades are removed to fall down in a vessel 12. One end of the slender pipe 78 is mounted between the upper part opening of the vessel 12 and the lower end level of both blades at the waiting position, a piston cylinder mechanism 79 is connected to the vicinity of one end and the narrow long pipe 78 is freely rotated around an axis line almost parallel to the axis line of the stirring/cooking vessel 12. As a result, the raw material stuck to the stirring blade is returned in the stirring cooking vessel 12 with non-contact system.
