Abstract:
To provide a metal-made chute which is enhanced in the transport efficiency and versatility of a product or a scrap in press working.SOLUTION: A metal plate being flat plate is bent, and formed into an M-shape in a cross section view. Legs are formed at both end parts in a width direction by bending the metal plate, a height of a center portion in the width direction is set low, and heights of both the end parts in the width direction are set high when the metal plate is installed at a press machine. Even if a transport object is, for example, oil-contaminated, a contact area between the transport object and a chute becomes small, and even if an inclination angle of the chute is small, the transport object can be transported. Also, the M-shaped chute becomes high in a cross section coefficient compared with a plate-chute, and its rigidity and stiffness are improved. A sub-chute can be withdrawn from a chute main body, and a length of the chute can be elongated as a whole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
