Abstract:

PURPOSE: To protect a cinerary urn from breakage and the remains from scatter even if the urn is brought down or broken down by packaging the cinerary urn receiving the remains with a thermoplastic resin film.

CONSTITUTION: A cinerary urn 1 is covered with a PE film tube 3 having the 2-axes thermo-contracting property and 30μ of thickness. Next, hot air is applied uniformly to the tubular film 3 by a hair drier to contract the film 3. Thus, the cinerary urn 1 and a lid 2 can be tightly closed. The cinerary urn packaged by the film thus obtained is very hardly broken down in custody by shocks due to earthquake, irresistible force, etc., and the remains received are prevented from scatter even if the urn is broken down and completely from the intrusion of moisture, water content.
