Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board capable of satisfactorily transmitting an electric signal and maintaining performance of a mounted element, and an electronic device including the circuit board.SOLUTION: A circuit board 10 of the present invention includes: a ceramic substrate 2 having a through hole 1; and a through conductor 3 positioned in the through hole 1 and mainly composed of Ag or Cu. The through conductor 3 contains first particles 4 having a particle diameter of 2 μm or more and second particles 5 having a particle diameter of 300 nm or less. The second particles 5 exist between the first particles 4 and between the first particles 4 and an inner wall of the through hole 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
