Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve inspection accuracy.SOLUTION: A circuit board inspection device is provided with a processing unit for executing a batch inspection process in which a plurality of nets to be inspected are selected from among nets (N1-N9) of a circuit board 100a and the electrical continuity state of each net is inspected collectively while each net is connected in series via a probe contacted with each net. When inspecting the circuit board 100a in which net groups (G1-G3) configured with nets connected to each other via electronic components (R1-R5) are present, the processing unit selects only one net from among the net groups as it executes the batch inspection process after selecting a net to be inspected from among the net groups.
