Abstract:
To perform even an insulation inspection while avoiding complication of a device configuration for performing a component inspection and improving the accuracy of the component inspection.SOLUTION: A circuit board inspection device includes: an inspection head 2 having a ground unit 11, probes 13and 13, and a measurement circuit unit 14 for component inspection; an inspection head 3 having a ground unit 21, probes 23and 23and a measurement circuit unit 24 for component inspection; a moving mechanism 4 for moving the inspection heads 2 and 3; and a measurement circuit unit 6 for insulation inspection. The probe 13is connected to the ground unit 11, the probe 23is connected to the ground unit 21, the measurement circuit unit 14 detects a detection signal for component inspection via the probe 13, the measurement circuit unit 24 detects a detection signal for component inspection via the probe 23, and the measurement circuit unit 6 detects a detection signal for insulation inspection with the probe 13connected via a wire W1 and the ground unit 11 and the probe 23connected via a wire W2 and the ground unit 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
