Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the structure of a signal transmitting component, so as to enable a mechanical output signal from a circuit breaker body to be accurately transmitted to an auxiliary switch and an alarm switch, which are installed as attachments in a circuit-breaker case, by means of a simple mechanism.
SOLUTION: In the circuit breaker, the circuit-breaker case 1 is provided with two left and right sets of accessory switch storage parts, and the contacts of the auxiliary switch 7 and the alarm switch 9, which are installed in the storage parts, are connected with an output protrusion piece 6a formed in the opening/closing lever 6 of an opening/closing mechanism part 3 on the side of the main body and an alarm output plate 8 moving, according to the tripping movement of the circuit breaker for the purpose of conducting opening/closing operations. The symmetrically bifurcated protrusion piece 6a is made to face the operation lever 7a of the auxiliary switch 7, the output plate 8 serves as an oscillating lever coupled to the toggle shaft 3a of the mechanism part 3, and an output protrusion piece 8a at the end of the output plate 8 is made to face the operation lever 9a of the alarm switch 9.
