Abstract:
To provide a circuit breaker for use in a power circuit which is constructed to improve the ease of assembly in coupling a movable contact having a movable contact point to a connecting conductor.
The circuit breaker includes: a mover retainer 2 having connecting conductive portions 2b provided with protruding portions 2e engaged in a pivotal hole 3c from opposite sides of a rear end portion 3b of a movable contact 3 to pivotally support the movable contact 3; and a crossbar 1 engaged with a spring 4 holding the connecting conductive portions 2b from outside and having a presser spring portion 4b engaged in a groove 3e in an upper surface 3g of the movable contact 3.
