A core 31 is shaped into a rectangular frame, an outer peripheral surface of the core, in other words a top surface of a top side and a bottom surface of a bottom side, a front surface of a front side, and a rear surface of a rear side are flat, while a front surface fixing rib 39 and a bottom surface fixing rib 40 are provided on a right case 3, and a top surface fixing rib 45 and a side surface fixing rib are provided on a left case 2, respectively. The core 31 can be fixed by bringing contacting each ribs 39, 40, 45 into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the core 31. Therefore a displacement due to a stationary state of the core, can be prevented and a current measuring can be implemented with high accuracy.
