Abstract:
PURPOSE: To connect a shunt to a bimetal plate with a connecting structure never regulating the posture reversing operation of the bimetal plate, and facilitate the connecting work.
CONSTITUTION: A shunt 46 is formed into a thin plate consisting of a shunt main part 46a superposed on one surface of a bimetal plate 45, extending over both the ends, on the opposite side to a movable contact 44, and a nipping part 46b bent from one end of the shunt main part 46a to the other surface side of the bimetal plate 45. The one end part of the bimetal plate 45 is spot- welded to a first fixed terminal together with the nipping part 46b, and the other end part of the shunt main part 46a is spot-welded to the other end part of the bimetal plate 45 together with the movable contact 44.
