Abstract:
To provide a circuit for a displacement meter of small-size at low cost with simple configuration.
The circuit 10 for the displacement meter includes a displacement meter sensor body 12 formed by an exciting coil 12 wound in a single layer round a bobbin 12a and a movable core 12 slidable in the axial direction in a bobbin, a pulse driving circuit for sampling and energizing the exciting coil, an integrating circuit 14 for integrating a detection signal of the exciting coil, and a signal processing circuit 13 formed by a buffer circuit for converting the integrating circuit to the low-impedance.
