CONSTITUTION: An input part pure dielectric resin part 104 consisting of pure dielectric resin and a high frequency electromagnetic wave absorbing body part 105 formed by filling the pure dielectric resin with powder or particles having high dielectric constant, high relative magnetic permeability and high resistivity are joined by fusion as a microwave/milliwave band circuit element, which is provided with the function of a non-reflection terminal equipment 103 for instance.
