Abstract:
To provide a circuit-integrated discharge tube which is easy to manufacture, with a small size and good heat radiation of an electric circuit.
The circuit-integrated discharge tube comprises the discharge tube, an electric circuit 5 related to the operation of the discharge tube, and a metal cap 7 electrically connected to the electric circuit. At least part of a conduction part of the electric circuit has a heat conduction structure 13 which practically comes in direct contact with a metallic part of the metal cap 7 and transfers the heat.
