In the case that the temperature of an electric circuit is continuously increased due to non reaction, a delay in reaction or repetition of electrical disconnection (off) and conduction (on) of the heat sensitive separating device 20, a melting element 32 of the hot melt circuit cut-off circuit 30 melts with heat and the electric circuit of a conductor 31 and a second terminal 34 enters an uncoupled state by the biasing force of an elastic component 33 to establish the electrical disconnection (off).
