Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of improving heat dissipation more efficiently in a circuit board.SOLUTION: A circuit structure 20 includes a circuit board 30 on which a heat generating component 40 is mounted, a heat radiating member 50 stacked on the circuit board 30, and a metal member 60 attached to the circuit board 30, and further includes an insertion portion 62 in which a hole 36 is formed in the circuit board 30 at a position of a conductive path 34 to which the heat generating component 40 is connected so as to avoid the heat generating component 40, and the metal member 60 is inserted through the hole 36, and a protruding portion 64 which is connected to one end of the insertion portion 62 and protrudes from the hole 36 toward the heat radiating member 50 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
