A circuit unit 101 is attached to a battery unit that is an apparatus body and is electrically connected with the battery unit. The circuit unit 101 includes: a substrate body 1014 in which a circuit is formed; and a coating resin part 1015 coating at least both main surfaces of the substrate body 1014. Two through holes 101a, penetrating through the substrate body 1014 and the coating resin part 1015, are provided at the circuit unit 101. The through holes 101a function as attachment parts when the circuit unit 101 is attached to the battery unit.
