In the case where R-size of a recessed circular arc is larger than the target R-size, when an X-table 3 is advanced and a U-table 6 is moved back, the pattern of working force transits to a domed pattern, so that the R-size of the recessed circular arc is decreased. Similarly, in the case where the right side of the circular arc-shape is slackened, when a Z-table 2 is moved to the advance side, the pattern of the working force changes to be slackened on the right side. In the case where the left side of the recessed circular rac shape is slackened, when the Z-table 2 is moved to the retreat side, the pattern of the working force changes to be slacked on the left side.
