Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine which has an injection unit transfer mechanism to be made compact and upgrades an assembly work of the injection unit transfer mechanism and workability in an adjustment operation.
SOLUTION: An injection unit transfer mechanism part for moving an injection unit 12 forward/backward and gyrating the unit 12 with a mold 11 comprises a motor-driven cylinder 13 consisting of a brake motor 25 which is always braked whenever stopped, a speed reduction part 26 which reduces the rotating velocity of the brake motor 25, a linear actuation part which transfers the injection unit 12 to the mold 11 by converting the rotating force of the brake motor 25 whose rotating velocity is reduced by the speed reduction part 26 to a linear motion and a thrust limiter part which presses the injection unit 12 against the mold 11 to stop the unit 12, all of these parts being compacted in a single unit.
