To solve the problem that a conventional circular cylindrical toothbrush requires much time and high costs because about 25 sheets of circular brush with a thickness of about 0.5 mm are manually stacked on a toothbrush handle, and the leading edge of the brush has to be finish cut and the distal end has to be welded.

In the circular cylindrical toothbrush, a brush part is integrated. Manual work of stacking circular brushes in the conventional arts becomes unnecessary, also, instead of using about 25 sheets of the circular brush per one toothbrush, only one brush is used for making one brush. Thus, mass production and reduction of production cost accompanying reduction in time for manufacture are realized.
