Abstract:
To date, there has been no mechanism to reliably transmit a drive force and rotate a lateral handle positioned flatly on a spline shaft top in interlocking connection to an opening-closing mechanism for a sluice. Provided is a rotary operation mechanism: in which a rotary roller is disposed so as to be able to pressure join to a circular handle on a lower face on the periphery; in which right and left receiving rollers are pressure joined to the outer circumferential face of the circular handle; in which the right and left receiving rollers are arranged by being maintained at a given distance from the rotary roller in the right and left direction; and that rotates the outer circumferential edge of the handle by the surface friction between these two types of rollers.
