PURPOSE: To obtain a circular loom capable of producing small diameter cylindrical woven fabric and capable of using even fibers weak against abrasion as warps.

CONSTITUTION: Four heddle units 12 for forming the openings of wefts 51 are disposed around a cloth fell guide 11 having an axis belonging to a vertical axis in a distance of 90 degree. Discontinuous plate-like shuttle guides 31 having plural circular guide parts 32 extended to the non-corresponding parts of the heddle units 12 are disposed around the axis. Four circular shuttles 33 having rack tooth parts 34 on the side of the axis (on the inner side), having a shorter length than the circular guide parts 32, and holding the bobbins 53 of wefts 52 are slidably engaged with the shuttle guides 32 in the equal distance around the axis. Eight pinions 35 contacting with the insides of the rack tooth parts 34 of the respective shuttles 33 and contacting with the outside of a transmission gear 36 rotated on the axis are disposed on the non-corresponding parts of the heddle units around the axis.
