PURPOSE: To obtain the titled device of high productivity that can supply a circular member to a tire molding machine without changing the shape of the circular member and automatically by providing a special circular member retaining means, a retaining plate, a supporter, and a supporter moving means.

CONSTITUTION: The desired circular member supplied is composed of a circular member retaining means 1 that separates plural circular members (such as a bead with filler, etc.) 6 from each other by plural retainers 8, 8 and stops in parallel, hung and retained so that their center points are located on the same straight line, a retaining plate 21 that has magnetic action and can attract and retain the circular member 1 by means of the magnetic action, a supporter 18 supporting this retaining plate 21, a supporter lifting member 20 that releases from the restraint by the retainers 8, 8 supported by the retaining plate 21 by lifting of this supporter 18 and a supporter moving means 15 for moving the supporter 18 in the same straight direction.
