Abstract:
To provide a needling table enabling to obtain a woven fabric structure having edge portions which are perfectly beautiful and can prevent a material from being affected by a creep action.
The circular needling table (10) for needling a woven fabric structure made of a circular fiber preform includes a horizontal circular platen (14) for having a circular fiber preform (12) placed thereon, a driving means for rotation-driving the fiber preform on the axis (16) of the platen, a needling device (22) having a needling head (24) extended over the fan-shaped portion of the platen and driven by movements perpendicular to the platen, and a guide means (38a, 38b) for guiding the fiber preform below the needling head.
