Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular vibration flow channel device capable of flowing a various kinds of raw materials such as a powder and granular material or others such that the thickness of layers becomes substantially uniform on an annular vibration flow channel and capable of mixing the lower layer and the upper layer by changing the same in a process of flowing.SOLUTION: The annular vibration flow channel device has an annular vibration flow channel body 10 forming an annular vibration channel having a channel face part 11a coinciding with a horizontal face for flowing and circulating the raw material by vibration progression, a supporting mechanism 30 elastically supporting the annular vibration flow channel body 10, and a vibration providing means 20 providing the vibration of traveling waves such that an article to be treated in the annular vibration flow channel vibrates and progresses while coming closer to the outer peripheral side. A plurality of raised parts 40 are arranged in the channel face part 11a. The respective raised faces 41 of the respective raised parts 40 have a shape in which raised faces are raised from the channel face part 11a without steps in progressing direction upstream side ends 42 and have steps to the channel face part 11a in downstream side end sides 44, and the steps incline from the outer periphery side to the inner periphery side.
