Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular saw grinding device for a log paper cutting device capable of grinding a tip of the circular saw without meandering while always excellently maintaining sharpness of the circular saw after grinding.
SOLUTION: A supporting spindle 11 is composed of a holder 20, a non- rotatable supporting spindle 11 mounted to the holder, a cylindrical retaining stand 13 made of light weight material rotatably mounted to a tip of the supporting spindle 11 through a bearing 12, and a ring-like grinding wheel 14 mounted to a tip of the retaining stand. The supporting spindle 11 is supported by a ball spline bearing and ordinarily energized by a spring 17 toward a direction to contact to the circular saw.
