Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handling properties by moving a circular sawing machine vertically and regulating the movement in the table surface direction.
SOLUTION: A circular sawing machine main body 50 is moved vertically and obliquely. As the change in light and shade of a detection plate 52, detection is done by a sensor 53, an actuator 66 is actuated on the basis of the output signal of the sensor 53, and a fixing bolt 61 is rotated in the clamping direction to lock the slide of the saw main body 50. During cutting by pushing down the saw main body 50 for chop cut, the slide action of the main body 50 in the table 10 surface direction is locked automatically. Accordingly, an operator can do cutting work easily without receiving repulsive force by the rotation of a saw blade free from conventional troublesome operation to clamp the fixing bolt, improving the handling properties of the circular sawing machine 1.
