To heighten connecting strength and cope with unequal settlement of an outrigger and the relative position change of a tubing device and a base machine during excavating work by connecting the tubing device and the base machine with four-wheel tires by a specific connecting device.
A base machine 11 with four-wheel tires is brought close to a tubing device 1 installed in a specified position, and after adjusting each height by an outrigger, the tubing device 1 and the base machine 11 are connected by a connecting device 21. Crevices 23 on the tubing device 1 side are fitted to a rotating base 24 connected to the tubing device 1 by a longitudinal pin 26, and are connected to eyepieces 22 on the base machine 11 side by lateral pins 25 with hydraulic cylinders by fitting the pins. The torsion of the tubing device 11 and base machine 11 is absorbed by the rotation of the rotating base 24 rotated around the longitudinal pin 26, and relative vertical angle difference is absorbed by the sliding motion of the eyepieces 22 and lateral pins 25 with the hydraulic cylinders.
