To provide an improved circular stapler for eliminating technical difficulty caused during the surgery of hemorrhoids.
The circular stapler for the surgery of hemorrhoids is demonstrated. This circular stapler includes an anvil, the stapler and a shaft for movably supporting the anvil in relation to a stapler head between an open position and a close position. This stapler is provided with at least one transition members, and each of these can transit arbitrarily and/or independently along the shaft. Each of at least one transit members is provided with a first end constituted so as to engage a pouch suture thread and a second end (e.g., the neck of the stapler) extending through a body. The transit member can transit arbitrarily along the shaft. In one embodiment, two transit members capable of independently transiting are provided.
