To provide a circular traffic control/guide light for reliably giving an instruction, a guidance, and a sign to persons and vehicles and solving such a problem that a stop and go instruction and sign by using a solid-red guiding rod are vague, there are confusions between persons and vehicles, and it is difficult for vehicles running at a high speed to recognize the traffic control/guide rod.

A reflector is provided on a partition plate inside both front and rear sides of a circular guide light; detachable type red, transparent, or milky white rugged covers are provided on both outer front and rear sides; a plurality of red LEDs are provided at inner parts of the front and rear sides; and blue LEDs are provided between the red LEDs on the rear side. A changeover switch is provided at a dry-cell battery storage part so that, when the red LEDs on both front and rear sides are made to light or blink, the red LEDs on the rear side are switched to the blue LEDs to light and blink the blue LEDs on the rear side.
