Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a circularly polarized wave antenna which facilitates matching with a high-order mode resonance frequency.
SOLUTION: On the side peripheral surface 12 of a cylindrical substrate 11, a flat section 12a is formed by flattening a part of the surface 12. On the flattened surface of the flat section 12a, two feeding electrodes 17 and 18 for high-order mode excitation are formed. In addition, a circular radiation electrode 14 is formed on one main surface 13 of the substrate 11, and at the same time, a ground electrode 16 is formed on the other main surface 15 of the substrate 11.
