PURPOSE: To make water for back washing of a filtering apparatus wherein water in a bathtab is circulated and filtered reusable.
CONSTITUTION: A circulated clarification apparatus comprises a bathtab 1, a main circulation path 2, a sub-circulation path 3 and a filtering apparatus 4 and the main circulation path 2 is constituted of pipeline 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e and 2f and a discharging pipe 2g and the sub-circulation path 3 is constituted of pipelines 2a, 3a, 2e, 3b and 3c and a discharging pipe 3d and in the back washing process, a closed loop is formed with the piper pipelines 2b, 3a, 2e, 3b and 3c by operating three-way valves 9, 10, 12 and 13. The cleaning water in the pipelines paths is transferred to a separator 43 in the filtering apparatus 4 through an ejector 6 as a gas-liq. two phase flow and the cleaning water of gas-liq. two phase flow is separated by means of the separator 43 into a bubble-like gas phase and a liq. phase and the bubble-like gas phase is passed through a carrier 42 to peel off the sludge stuck on the carrier 42 during passing and the liq. phase is passed through the ejector 6 and is fed again into the separator 43 through the pipelines 2e, 3b and 3c by means of a pump 5.
