PURPOSE: To reduce the size and weight of the circulating and cleaning device and to filter, decolor and deodorize the suspended and floated materials in hot water as well as to make extermination and suppression of propagation of bacteria by disposing filter media on the hot water inlet side in a cylindrical vessel placed in the hot water and disposing planar far IR radiation bodies in multiple layers on the downstream of the filter media.
CONSTITUTION: The cylindrical vessel 1 is immersed into the hot water of a hot water tank and is installed therein. The circulating device 8 is then operated to circulate the hot water from the hot water inlet 2 of this vessel 1 through the filter media 12, the respective far IR radiation bodies 11a to 11c and a hot water outlet 6. The coarse and fine suspended and floated materials in the circulating hot water are filtered by the filter media 12. The suspended and floated materials are simultaneously decolored and deodorized by the thermal effect of the far IR rays radiated from the far IR radiation bodies 11a to 11c which absorb the heat of the hot water. In addition, the bacteria are exterminated and the propagation thereof is suppressed.
