To provide a circulating component usable in common for ball screws having various types of different leads, which is simplified in specifications and reduced in manufacturing cost.

A recess is formed in the circulating component corresponding to the track of a ball screw. The recess includes a tangential direction change position and a thread track removal position. The thread track removal position is located near a recess entrance, and the upper edge wall face and the lower edge wall face of the recess entrance form angles of inclination to a horizontal direction, respectively. The angle of inclination of the upper/lower wall face is smaller than or equal to the minimum/maximum lead angle in the common ball screw.
