Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a whole boiler by setting up the angle of discharging from the side of a seal pot to a cold recycle line at specific angle so that particles drop by gravity, and the angle of the path part to an external heat exchanger at the specific angle so that the particles do not drop by the gravity, and controlling the circulating flow of the particles.
SOLUTION: The particles flying out from a combustion chamber 1 are collected by a cyclone 2 and accumulated to a stand pipe 3. The particles accumulated to the stand pipe 3 are circulated separately through a hot recycle line 6 circulating to the combustion chamber directly by a seal pot 4 and through a cold recycle line 5 circulating to the combustion chamber 1 through an external heat exchanger 7. The cold recycle line 5 is connected to the seal pot 4 at the angle of 40 to 90° so that the particles inside the seal pot 4 flow in an intake side path 5a dropped by the gravity. The path part to the external heat exchanger 7 is set at the angle of approximately 0 degree so that the particles do not drop by the gravity and the circulating flow is controlled.
