Abstract:

To improve the yield of product dust, to increase the density of the zinc of waste dust and to reduce the basic unit of reduced gas in a circulating fluidized bed reducing device that processes iron making dust containing the higher rate of fine dust.

In a circulating fluidized bed reducing equipment comprising a fluidized bed reducing equipment and an external particles circulating equipment 7, the material preliminary processing part selecting and collecting the material being supplied to the fluidized bed reducing furnace 1 in advance is connected to the fluidized bed reducing furnace 1 by a cyclone arranged to the discharging gas outlet 18 of the hot air drying preheater of material. The cyclone is connected to the outlet of an external particle circulating equipment 7 being connected to the gas outlet of the circulating fluidized bed reducing furnace 1. By setting the particle sizes of the limit collecting particles of the cyclone arranged to the gas outlet 18 of the hot air drying preheater of the material similar to or larger than the dust particle size scattering from the cyclone arranged to the gas outlet of the external particles circulating device 7, the quantity of dust carried by the discharging gas can be reduced.
