Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency of quality inspection of dried lavers and to perform an objective and fair evaluator.
SOLUTION: A reflected light A from a sample irradiated by a light source having adjusted wavelength characteristics and a luminous intensity is taken into a CCD(charge coupled device) and its color and gloss are numerically expressed, then an ellipse S of a virtual quality space region is formed by using multidimensional information about the colors and gloss obtained from the dried laver having virtual quality, thus a fitness of the multidimensional information of the numerically expressed colors and gloss to the virtual quality space region, and a one-dimensional degree is expressed by using a relation of the fitness with quality index values. In the figure, an ellipse (a) in the quality space region exhibits the most excellent degree and the ellipse (b) exhibits 6th degree.
