This circulation-type green tea finishing device is constructed so as to sieve a raw material tea leaves to leaves having a prescribed size or smaller and leaves having larger size by a parallel screen 1, transfer the leaves having the prescribed size or smaller to a classifying screen 2 and classify the tea leaves to a prescribed size tea leaves, a powdery tea and a long sized tea leaves (a leap). The leap leaves are recirculated to the parallel screen 1, or to a cutter 4 for a re-treatment and also the tea leaves having a larger size than the prescribed size are cut by the cutter 4, and returned to the parallel screen 1 or a classifying screen for the re-treatment.
