In the circulation-type producing method of the ozone water wherein ozone gas 7 and pure water 3 are injected into a passage through which the ozone water 1 is circulated with a circulation pump 4, discharged ozone gas 11 and pure water 3 are supplied to an ozone gas contact mechanism 10, via which the resultant ozone water 11 is supplied to the circulating ozone water 1, and thus the ozone water concentration can be kept stable and the ozone gas generation can be prevented.
