Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for keeping a superior thermal environment of a building using a warm chamber space, an air circulation system and a building heat reservoir in place of a roof surface heat collection at a location of urban area and making a superior thermal environment of a building under utilization of sunlight [heat] and wind.SOLUTION: Air in a double-sashed thermal chamber space 1 flows to a ground floor underfloor space 17 by a ventilator fan a8 for blowing air from an upper part to lower part, where the air heats a foundation 11 of reinforced concrete to store heat there, the hot air runs inside a room by solar radiation in winter daytime, rises up while storing heat at an upper reinforced concrete building 20 and is accumulated at a space 18 near a third floor ceiling. The air repeats the circulation together with the air heated by solar insolation at the double-sashed thermal chamber space 1. When the desired room temperature is not attained, the air is merged with hot air of an air conditioner automatically operated and circulated. In this way, the desired room temperature is always kept. This invention can be operated in correspondence with each of the winter night, spring and autumn, summer daytime and summer night, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
