To provide a useful economic hot-water system by controlling the water supply route of a city water-pressurized hot-water supplier which is constituted to be supplied with water from a solar water heater and city water by means of a switching means that can arbitrarily select the operation mode of the hot-water supplier.
A city water-pressurized hot-water supplier is provided with a solar water joint port 3 to which a solar water heater 2 is connected, a city water joint port 4, a motor-driven mixing valve 5 which mixes the solar water supplied from the socket 3 and the city water supplied form the port 4 with each other, a temperature detector 6 which detects the temperature of the mixed water from the valve 5, a heat exchanger 9 equipped with a burner 8 for heating the mixed water, a hot-water supply port connected to the secondary side of the heat exchanger 9, and an operating section 13 which instructs the operation and stoppage of the burner 8 and the set temperature of hot water. The operating section 13 is provided with a switching means which can arbitrarily select the operation mode of the hot-water supplier by controlling the water supply route to the heat exchanger 9 through the mixing valve 5.
