Abstract:

PURPOSE: To form lightweight concrete having a shape necessary for the field ground by spouting foamed particles of foamable resin, which is foamed preliminarily and aged, together with mortar or aerated mortar, and filling the field ground therewith to solidify.

CONSTITUTION: Foaming particles 4 of foamable resin preliminarily foamed and aged are spouted together with mortar or aerated mortar to fill the field ground such as a hollow 9, etc. therewith. By solidifying it, lightweight concrete 10 having strength necessary for a shape of the field ground is formed. According to the constitution, field work for preliminary foaming and aging, etc. can be obviated.
