PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civil engineering structure that exhibits superior normal temperature curability even if providing an overcoat layer by the radical polymerizable resin composition on the foundation formed of epoxy resin.SOLUTION: A civil engineering structure is characterized by having the foundation (ii) formed of epoxy resin; and an overcoat layer (iv) formed of a radical polymerizable resin composition containing radical polymeric resin (A), a radical polymerizable monomer (B) with a content of an aromatic ring being 40 mass% or less, a curing agent (C), and a curing accelerator (D).SELECTED DRAWING: None
