Abstract:

To provide the structure of a clad pipe having excellent corrosion resistance and used for an oil feed pipe, an oil well pipe or the like, and whose inside face is coated with Ni based anticorrosion alloy.

The structure of the clad pipe includes an external layer 1 made of common steel or low alloy steel and a coating layer 2 made of Ni base anticorrosion alloy. Both end portion areas 3 of the internal layer 2 are formed by a build-up welded layer on the inner surface of the external layer 1. Other areas 4 are formed by a Ni base alloy layer fusion-bonded to the build-up welded layers and the inner surface of the external layer, a solidus-curve temperature of the Ni base alloy layer being 1300 DEG C. or below and lower than a solidus-curve temperature of the Ni base alloy formed by build-up welding by 150 DEG C. or more.
