To provide a clamp attachment capable of clamping a workpiece with clamping force according to weight thereof even if rotated by 180 degrees.
A clamp arm 16 is provided with a connection frame 18 swingably via an upper first link 21 and a lower first link 22, and the connection frame 18 is provided with a clamp plate 19 swingably via an upper second link 27 and a lower second link 28. The upper first link 21 and the lower first link 22 are regulated in a rotating range by an upper first stopper 31, a lower first stopper 32, and the connection frame 18. The upper second link 27 and the lower second link 28 are regulated in a rotating range by an upper second stopper 33, a lower second stopper 34, and the connection frame 18. The clamp plate 19 can swing with respect to the connection frame 18 and the clamp arm 16 by the upper second link 27 and the lower second link 28. If a roll clamp device rotates by 180 degrees, the clamp plate can swing with respect to the clamp arm 16 by the upper first link 21 and the lower first link 22.
