To effectively, simply clamp by attaching or detaching a latch at an end of a clamp body of a clamping implement having a coupling guide pin and the latch on a body support plate side plate of one side frame longitudinal direction of one of steel form mating part and moving in a circumference with a rotary shaft as a core to or from a latch receiving fixture of the other steel form.
A strap hanger bolt 17 is inserted into an end of a clamp body 13 for the clamping implement, and a coupling guide pin 18 for fixedly supporting the body 13 is formed in a longer size than a width of the body 13. The body 13 is fixed by a coupling bar 3 so that several lamps move the same. Since the pin 18 is introduced into a groove 21 of a guide plate 19 with a circular arc-like groove, when a rotary shaft 6 is forcibly rotated, the pin 18 of the clamp is rotatably moved along the groove 21. Thus, since a latch 8 at an end of the clamp is automatically attached to or detached from a latch receiving fixture 7, a labor hour of attaching and detaching can be reduced.
