Abstract:
To solve a problem that, when there is provided a processing material of a nonstandard size, a conventional clamp device cannot remove a weld bead, and cannot clamp and fix the material exactly.
The processing material W firmly placed on a conveying surface A is clamped and fixed by block operations of a pair of lateral vises corresponding to both side faces of the material and descending operations of vertical vises D, E corresponding to the upper face of the material. The lateral vises B, C are constituted of fixed vise pieces 16, 26 which are arranged at a lower part, and upper movable vise pieces 18, 28 which are arranged so as to be ascendable and descendable with respect to the fixed vise pieces 16, 26.
